If the warmer temps have you thinking of the beach, I’d like to whet your appetite further with images from a lux Caribbean resort.

Nikki Beach Saint Barth is a haven with Hobnob-approved reasons to party all the while you’re there. The oceanfront restaurant and beach club is always in a jolly mood with a seemingly endless variety of events, including international music. The beach comes decked out in plush sun beds and their trademark teepees. On the menu: refreshing cocktails and healthful salads, creative sushi rolls, innovative seafood and slow-roasted free- range rotisserie chicken.

There have been a few known celebs to kick up their heels in the sand, if that means something to you, like Jay-Z, Beyonce, Fergie, Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore, Mariah Carey, Bono, Leonardo DiCaprio,  and Rachel Zoe, among others.
