Hot, Hot, Hot
Bring some character and heat to your Cinco de Mayo cocktails by incorporating Nickel Dime’s Caged Heat Cocktail Syrup. Desert Heat contains hints of the alluring tamarind, warming cardamom, and the spiciest of peppers—the ghost pepper—so get ready to be wowed. This was the first in the collection of cocktail syrups by Jared Hirsch, a mixologist from Oakland’s Sidebar, whose cocktail proved to be so popular, he had to bottle it. Other flavors: Fairy Dust, Cherry Bomb, and Crimson Smoke will cover all your needs on your home bar. nickeldimesyrups.com
