Another bar from the people behind Raines Law Room and Dear Irving has opened in Tribeca, NYC. We went down to the opening on a monsoon-rainy night, and were delighted to dry off in the art deco opulence and sample some of their stellar cocktails.
Meaghan Dorman has created a cocktail menu keeping the most popular orders from her other two spots, and added some house specialties, like the Bergdorf Lunch, with pisco, elderflower liqueur, green apple and pear and the Frank of America, featuring a strong combo of rye, amaro, byrrh, and maple. Snacks like pickled hot pepper olives, and vegetable crisps are available, as well as more substantial bites like cauliflower croquettes and even a burger.
