POPULAR at the PUBLIC Hotel is a restaurant located right on the Lower East Side (LES). The restaurant offers a world renown Peruvian inspired menu by Chef Diego Muñoz. Open on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, Marseille will be serving holiday classics in the Theater District, the showstopper of this Christmas meal being the Turkey Ballotine, a whole, deboned free-range turkey stuffed with sourdough, chestnuts, dried fruits, sweet sausage, foie gras, sage, and thyme. Featuring a 3 Course Menu selection by Executive Chef Eddie Hong. Items such as Raw Seafood Plateau, Petite Filets, and more will be served throughout the feast. Christmas Eve: $145 per person, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM; Christmas Day: $145 per person, 2pm – 10pm.
