Here’s a rosé developed by a couple of gal pals from NYC who turned their love of summer’s pink passion into a business. Yes Way Rosé was founded by Erica Blumenthal (a style editor) and Nikki Huganir (a graphic designer) who valued the wines from South of France for their beautifully pink color and refreshingly drinkable style. Yes Way Rosé wine is an elegant and dry Provençal-style blend, also available in cans. Their second release, Yes Way Rosé Bubbles is a crisp, effervescent sparkler. Le Bitter French

Developed for the Parisian at heart, Le Bitter French is an effervescent floral stunner, balanced by herbaceous bitters, brings a touch of sweet romance when garnished with edible flowers. The overall vibe of it, simple yet powerful, is very French. Serve for brunch or a wedding shower, just make sure it’s well chilled.

1 oz St. Germain
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Yes Way Rosé Bubbles
White Edible Flowers to Garnish (white Micro Princess Flowers pictured)

Fill a shaker with ice, pour in St. Germain and shake hard for 30 seconds or until chilled. Strain into a champagne flute, coupe, or white wine glass. Add a couple of dashes of bitters and top with Yes Way Rosé. Garnish with flowers.

Garden Parté

A springy cocktail with floral ice cubes that has a major wow factor. A touch sweet, spicy and boozy, serve as an elevated option whenever you want to make a statement. Pro tip: get creative when selecting edible flowers for the ice cubes to make them truly yours!

1 oz. gin
2 oz. pear nectar
2-3 basil leaves
2 oz Yes Way Rosé
1 big ice cube
pink peppercorns to garnish

Place a big ice cube into a coupe glass and set aside. In a shaker filled with ice, add all ingredients except pink peppercorn and shake vigorously for about 30 secs or so until super chilled. Strain ingredients over the ice cube. Crush a few peppercorns and sprinkle on top of the cocktail.

The Salté Chihuahua

Feeling a little salté? The Salté Chihuahua is a spirit-forward take on the Paloma, this vibrant drink perfectly melds salty, smokey, citrusy flavors into one glass. Make to impress your tequila and sparkling rosé loving friends or simply to treat yourself to a divine cocktail.

1 oz Tequila
.5 oz Aperol
3 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
pinch sea salt
Yes Way Rosé Bubbles
smoked salt
grapefruit slice to garnish

Run a grapefruit slice along the rim of glass and roll in smoked salt. Fill glass with ice and set aside. In a shaker filled with ice combine tequila, Aperol, grapefruit juice and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds. Strain into prepared glass over ice and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt. Top off with Yes Way Rosé Bubbles and garnish with a grapefruit slice.

The Yes Way Spritz

This Campari with Yes Way Rosé Bubbles spritz is easy to make, drink, and you likely already have the ingredients on hand. Our go-to for a low-alcohol cocktail, make it as your new signature drink. We should all have one.

1 oz. Campari
Sparkling Yes Way Rosé
3 dashes orange bitters
Olives to garnish
orange peel for garnish

Fill a rocks glass with ice and add Campari and fill with Yes Way Rosé. Top with a few dashes of Orange Bitters. Garnish with Orange Peel and Olives on a pick.

Yes Way Rosé Ice Cube Spritz

For those of use with very few ingredients on our bar carts, the Yes Way Rosé Ice Cube Spritz is a quick and easy happy hour favorite.

Yes Way Rosé
club soda

Fill an ice cube tray with Yes Way Rosé and allow to freeze. Once the ice cubes are frozen, add to a glass. Top with club soda.
